Why is people over looking this UCLA team?

UCLA is not even close to as good as they have been in the past. They are playing poorly going into the tournament. I think VCU has a good chance to send them home after 1 game.

That bolded statement says it all. Plus, they will have to travel for their 1st round matchup against VCU and that's something they haven't done the past couple years either.

UCLA has to travel three time zones to play VCU in an early game matchup.

UCLA should win that game. Then they get Villanova in Philadelphia.

Do you really expect UCLA to beat Villanova on what is basically 'Nova's home court? UCLA has struggled playing teams with good guard play...and Villanova will be the best guard lineup UCLA has played this year.

One thing you guys have to notice is you have to put the regular season behind you right now. This UCLA team has the talent to beat this Villanova team. I can easily see it.

Villanova has been playing tournament basketball since their Big East season began.

Night in and Night out Nova has played teams much much better than UCLA. UCLA wouldn't have finished in the top 6 in the Big East.

This isn't the NBA. Villanova is a great basketball team playing at home against a team that struggles in their half court set.

they aren't good on the road because their defense is about half what it was in recent years. They will play back to back teams with solid guards in VCU and Villinova on the east coast. And teams arent afraid of them, I mean in the past couple years they had respect because of how good they were at both ends now they are just another team. I just don't see them being much of a factor at all this year. I also have them going out in round 1 in a couple different brackets.
