You should receive an email with instructions, basically you reply back stating your preference. Free play is credited shortly thereafter, you'll see it in the drop down under your available balance. You'll also receive an email when credited. Check your spam folder in case email ends up there.

Taking freeplay is a mistake. The freeplay is worth maybe $70 if you do it right, where some of the better prizes could be sold on Ebay for more than that.

Yeah, if you're getting -142 on your bet. England does their job today I'm getting +176, I'll take that over whatever's left after ebay fees all day long. At the end of the day it's whatever floats your boat, if one of the prizes is something you want go for it.

Well I got 5 in a row yesterday and have been told several diffrent things by CS waiting for email but my concern is I placed wager on 6/2 early am for nite baseball games and that was only wager but I didn't start streak until 6/3 late games I'm hoping that sports book activity is when wagers are graded or when game is over rather that time of placed bet shouldn't be issue but could be extremely petty I'm keeping fingers crossed could really use. 100$ FP and not 5$

Did you place wager within 24 hrs of start of streak I talked w/chat earlier they said they'll email shortly , but also was told when wager was graded they email immediatly .. Can't really complain about free stuff but it would be nice if there CS actually knew procedure seems to be many conflicts regarding when you get prizes how many your eligible for how many times you can recieve prize, or do you get prize when streak ends etc.,etc,etc

how i understand it

1 prize per streak

you can win any prize multiple times on different streaks

1000 freeplay is goes to the monthly winners, will be split if theres a tie

must make a bet within 24 hours of your streak starting or you are only eligible for a 20 dollar freeplay

I was told that no each milestone you get prize 5 100$ 10 250$ and so on and so on, after being told you only get prize when streak is over at first convo w/CS, nobody seems to know for sure as I was put on hold for 10 minutes everytime pretty frustrating trying to just find out simple details hit 5 early yesterday still no email
