I'm looking for a supplemental book for better lines on some games and signed up with Pinnacle ... You have to jump through hoops to make a deposit and withdrawal ... No instacash or echeck ... Customer service that has no phone # ... They want you to fill out an authorization form within 3 days of a deposit but they have no fax ... You have to scan documents and send email ... Can't make a withdrawal before 30 days ... Is that a joke? ... I know many rave about Pinnacle, so what the hell am I missing? ... No way I'm doing business with someone that has no phone or fax ... They told me they pass the saving on expenses on to the bettor with better lines ... Give me a break.

Non-Costa Rican books seem to have some recent governmental BS required by their jurisdictions.
Pinny will literally pay a Neteller withdrawal in 5-10 minutes at 3am EST.
They are as good as any book. Same class as Olympic, WSEX, Cris, Hollywood, etc.
The testimonials must mean something, we aren't all Pinny shills !

They do have a phone #. They just don't advertise it very well. It's under the Contact Us tab. Obviously they don't want alot of wagers over the phone, but they do accept them. & I concur w/ most everyone Pinny is great.Comment -
pound for pound, Pinny is the best book out there. You are doing yourself a huge disservice if you elect not to play with them.

In hear a lot of "Pinny is great", "pound for pound" they are the best, and "very efficicient" but no reasons why ... I agree they have a slightly better line than most but that depends sometimes on which side of the line you are on ... Let's face facts, most bettors lose because of lack of winners and not because their stake is slowly being eroded over a long period of time due to unfriendly lines.
I use Bodog and I'll admit their lines appear unfriendly compared to most, a fact if you are on the favorite most of the time ... Case in point is the Yanks/Angels game last night ... They had the worse line if you were on the Yanks and by far the best line (per SBR Odds) if you were on the Angels.
I'm a 25-150 bettor with occasional games higher, not obsessed with lines, but will stay away from most bets -120 or higher ... I tend to look for a live dog.
How many out there lose because of unfriendly lines vs. lack of winners??????
As for Pinnacle (I don't affectionately call them Pinny as I'm not an official PBK), I need to have the option of "talking" to someone if I have a problem, especially in this business ... A phone and a fax aren't luxury items when doing business, any kind of business ... Think of eveyone you do business with in your daily lives ... How many of you would put up with sending emails to everyone?

If you are a favorite player then Pinny is a good book for you. If you play dogs you may want to get a book with a nice bonus.Comment
