that's why the number is on the high side at 8...they probably want and need action on the under....in normal conditions, this number would have probably been set at 6.5!...

I like Felix a lot, and Fernandez has a ton of potential, but my vote goes to Wainwright and it's not really that close in my book.

the wind hasn't been a factor but rest assured the batters are going up there hacking and being more aggressive than they normally would be under normal circumstances...In other words, the hitters have a lot more confidence...Hence, you see the Cubs hitters ripping Wainwright's !...
