    Boys, i have finally found the secret to being thin......................
    that's right boys, i finally found it. Boys, you all know me by now that when you think of nice guys, the 1st name that comes to your mind is Nicky Santoro. i have been told by many people here, hey nicky, why not become a priest since you are so nice.. I have even been called Father Santoro by many for my kindness.. and being the nice guy i am, i will now share the breakthrough secret on how to never get fat again and stay thin.

    Boys, i am not going to tell you to cut calories, or exercise more, we all know this.. but my advice will change your life cause i just lived it. Boys, 6 months ago, i went into a restaurant and ordered a club sandwich. then i find a fukkin piece of black hair in it from one of the pakistani cooks.. I threw up from it and stomach felt shit. this is when my life changed.. i vowed to never eat out again or order in. i dont know if i puked from grease in sandwich or the guys hair on the cheese.

    At that time, i was a whopping 247 lbs.. for the next 5 months, i ONLY ate at home and knew what i was putting in food.. made my own salad, cooked chicken breast at home, whole grain bread only, etc. i lost 33 lbs in 5 months eating this fresh stuff at home. I was only 214 lbs now.. i was actually thin.

    now for the last month, i have ate out again a few times and no Mcd's or fast food, just healthy stuff, and not much home stuff anymore, and i have gained back 11 lbs in 1 month.

    bottom line is boys, IF you want to lose weight, trust me, DO NOT eat out OR order in. you just don't know what they put in their stuff. even when i ate veggies in restaurant, i felt shit. stomach would hurt, etc.. they probably pour in 4 lbs of salt and pour in all that oil on it to give it flavor. we dont know what they do back there.. Plus, you really don't know where that food has gone.. i swear i have seen guys in the back pick their nose, pick their ass, pick their ears, scratch their head and then make your food. tough to eat after that. at least at home, you know what you are putting in it, and you will lose weight and be very healthy. And i have so much energy now too, unlike before. i am hardly home now and lately, i've had so much energy that i feel like a 12 yr old kid.. i even shower everyday now with all this energy, unlike before when it was 4 times a week.

    Boys, never again am i eating in a restaurant here again..boys, trust me, do this and thank father nicky after. you will lose a ton. Just don't go crazy and EAT HEALTHY.. and no restaurants, this is key.. i dont care what you eat in restaurants, you will get fat. Even if it's vegetables.

    no soda's, lots of water, and make your own food at home and NO EATING IN RESTAURANTS, they are poison.. and watch how much weight you lose.

    Boys, don't say i am not a nice guy now.. you see the things i do for you all..

        come on wtf, this is not true. just ask rogie, he'll tell you.. come on man, dont tell me you dont try to watch your weight to avoid getting fat. no man, whether gay or straight want to have that belly..

        i am just looking out for the posters here, seeing we already know no one here gets out enough to exercise.

        wtf, i know a few gays who are fat and weigh 342 lbs.. not all gays are thin.

            my secret is this..........eat whatever I want when I want, and workout or get out and do something that gets my heart racing for awhile.......easy as that, stay at 165 to 170

                Bottom line is the only way to lose weight is to expend more calories than you consume. Good job, Nicky, know the feeling having dropped 40 since the bash last August. I eat out maybe once every 10-12 days, no beef, cut back big time on anything fried, bread and ice cream -- miss it more than the beef. Lots of water, never was a big soda drinker anyway unless it's straight soda in a bourbon now and then.

                But I know people who eat out often, including fast food, and they're thin as a rail.

                Congrats on the weight loss Nicky, keep up the healthy changes

                  i swear, when i didnt eat out in restaurants for 5 months, i lost alot and was healthy.. when i started again i gained back 11 lbs..

                  but it doesnt mean you can eat 4,500 cals per day. eat moderately like i did. made my own salads at home, with low fat dressing, chicken breasts, salmon, all using olive oil.. no shit you eating that you have no idea what ingredients or how much oil was poured into it.. and you will feel greaaaaaaaaaaaaat all day.. i have tons of energy.

                            wow, now i am tempted. i ordered this exact thing 3 times this month and i think that is why i gained 11 lbs this past month. if only you knew how much salt is put in that gravy. and if only you knew how much salt and oil is put in those fries, matty.. and tons of oil in that chicken.

                            watch it matty. do NOT order out. go make some chicken breast with some olive oil and a salad. you will feel great after..

                              I used to be quite fat (215 on a 5'11" frame) before I found out that very little exercise (20 mins/day) could keep me in the 180-190 range.

                              Apart from breakfast, I eat out or order in 7 days a week.

                                Know what I do after I'm done with the chicken, Nicky? I drink the rest of the sauce. A shot of tasty, artery-clogging BBQ sauce.

                                  3 reasons for this..

                                  1- GENETICS

                                  2- you are still very young.. when i was 22, i ate mcd's 4x a day and a chocolate bar in my hand 23 hrs a day and i was a walking stick. .metabolism slows down alot when you get older

                                  3- you are always on your feet and active and not sitting on ass all day.. when you move around, you burn burn burn.. when active, you can eat whatever you want and never get fat.

                                        I eat out 7 days a week but I am vegan and not overweight. I don't agree with you Nicky. I do not believe in cooking at all, I do not even have pots or pans to cook and have no desire to. My girlfriend doesn't cook either.
