I am so pissed off. I bought a new car and have been trying for 24 hours to cancel my subscription on my old car. Last night I was on hold for over an hour and my phone died. Tonight I call back and I am on hold for 58 minutes and a guy comes on the line. I told him I wanted to cancel my subscription and he asked why. I told him I purchased a new vehicle. He puts me back on hold. 67 minutes later a lady gets on and tells me they are having network issues and I need to call back tomorrow. I told her I had spent 3 hours on hold in the last 24 hours and that it was unfair and extremely poor customer service. She said to call back tomorrow.
What a fukking joke, this is fukking bullshit. I have had them for over 7 years with two receivers, over $1,500 and this is their customer service. Fuk them, I hope the bastards go bankrupt, no wonder they are failing with piss poor customer service like this.
