Fade the Giants second half of the season
I'm a die-hard Giants fan and I hate to say it, but this team is going to collapse AGAIN. I really have no idea how we are 6-2 right now and we should really be 8-0 right now(played horrible against Seattle and the skins). Another season with a ridiculous amount of injuries, one of the toughest second half schedules in the history of football, can't stop the run, can't run the ball. All the ingredients for another huge second half letdown. If not for Eli with all the 4th quarter comebacks, this team would be 0-8 right now. Defensively, losing Jonathan Goff of all people killed this defense. This forced the D to play a lot more nickel with 3 safeties and losing the size up front is why they cannot stop the run. This could be Coughlin's last season if they don't make the playoffs this year. I hope I'm wrong and this post acts as some reverse jinx, but I'm not too hopeful.
I know it sounds crazy coming off a big win, but if you've watched this team like I have and objectively, this team will be lucky to get 9 wins, best case scenario is 10 wins and make the playoffs.
