How do the free play Trivia Contest points work?

They are in the sportsbook after you select something you'll see them. I bet mine on huge parlays:

They are credited the day after trivia (Nov 10th) in the early afternoon so you'll receive yours later on today (Nov 11th).

I won 60 pts and there was a delay in getting the free play. Shari helped me out and eventually got the free play points and won a straight bet. Won 60 pts again a few days ago. Again the freeplay pts are not there.

Not worth the hassle to beg for them after winning or try to keep track of when you won them and when, if ever, you get credited for them.

What day did you not receive your free play for? If it was for the 10th, that'll be credited today (the 11th) as it's always the day after in the early afternoon. If it was for any day before then (you can check by looking at your trivia history to see when you won and then at your sportsbook history for the freeplay credits) let me know and I'll send a note to Admin.
