From what I see on here it's an old story so here's my version.
I've been with bwin for 10 days, had 4 bets, won one, opened the account wit 50 euros and the balance is now 170.56 euros including a 50 euro enrollment bonus.
After the account being open for three days it was closed, I sent an e-mail and was informed it was blocked by the security department and will not be opened until they had finished their investigation which will not happen until I send them a copy of my id and both sides of my credit card.
I replied that I have no problem with the id but the credit card copy over an unencrypted line won't happen and in any case they had all the information they needed to verify that all is above board.
They replied that the account will remain closed until I fulfill their request, I will not so where do we go from here ?
