Seriously guys, it's pissing me off. I have a 60% win rate when I wager less than $100 and a 100% loss rate when I wager more than $100. I build up my bank roll steadily only to see it shrink back down when I put big $$ down on a sporting event...I know the key is patience and discipline but my losing streak is just ridiculous!
I know I'm not the only one with this problem. Any thoughts??

Welcome to my world... all baseball season anytime I bet over 200 bucks it was a sure fired loser, I was about 0 for 8

Came across a player on the net a while back

he used to cap the whole card, then threw out his best play of the games he was gonna put $$ down on

        worked for him

But I mean if you think about it, if you're wagering big $$ you do more research and take your time to analyze match-ups...which should translate into a greater win % than if you're just throwing $50 here and there on point spreads and stuff. Can't figure it out??

If your winning at a 60% clip, there is no reason why you need to make bets that are detrimental to your bankroll.

over thinking the game. your smaller bet's are probalby your gut bet's and your bigger play's are your handicapping. Stick to your gut.If I want to make a big play I'll make a few small bet and randomly pick one to make larger

I suppose that's true...but just one time I want to get books instead of always the other way around.

                        have a game plan

make one or two bets a day

                        or

                        make 5 bets a week

start with a top winning $$ amount and the same, a top losing $$ amount and stop for the week when you hit one of these

                        It's a marathon, not a race

Think of it this way, you can't gamble next week if you shit all your money away today. It'll motivate you

bet same amount or bet to win same amount everytime, if you hit 60% ATS you cannot go wrong doing that.

If you happened to win your big bets then you'd just play bigger bets. At some point you'd lose those bets and then you'd bitch about losing your big bets but maybe at a higher amount. So here we are again. Shltty money management. Period.
