    bwin closed account
    Hi guys,

    So here is the story...

I opened an acct with bwin almost a year ago for sportsbetting. During this time I ve been a loser. I would deposit like 50 or 25 euros at a time. A month or 2 ago I deposited 50 euros and decided to start playing poker at bwin and also bet on some sports. I managed to get my acct balance to about 1300 euros and decided to see how the whole withdrawal thing works. I "tried" to withdraw 233 euros via moneybookers. I uploaded my id card and waited. After 2-3 days they close my account with no explanation or even an email what so ever. I sent them an email via their support team but NO ANSWER yet. I hope this whole thing gets resolved, but I can see that they don't really like withdrawals only deposits. The weird thing is that the moeny that I ve won is not even theirs, since I won most of it through poker, in the contrary they win from me through the rake.

I can see tha alot o people are having trouble with them, but it usually gets resolved. We need to do something about that site. I think it is the most advertised bookie(at least in Europe) and they need to see tha we have some power and that they have to respect us.

It's probably just a routine way of checking you account before the first withdrawal. Bwins support is very bad and it can take 72 hours or more before they respond. When they respond I would not expect an explaination but instead something like:

      "
      Hi,

      We have closed your account.

Please contact us again if you have any questions.
      "

SBR are good at resolving conflicts with bwin. So if you can not do it on your own then first call bwin and get all information you can, after that file a complaint here at SBR.

Bwin never closes accounts for a routine check. They simply don't process payouts until the acc. is verified, still, if you got your account closed, you can be certain, it's not because of a simple routine check.
If they close an account - it will almost 100% that it won't be reopened.
Reasons can be - for example - :
        - suspicious poker play
        - your registered details, and the details on the given ID card is not 100% the same

I suggest that you contact them instantly via phone support, probably their answer will be sthing like this:
"Our xy department decided to close your account, and we are not willing to discuss this matter any further".

In this case, the only thing you can do, is ask for help from SBR

I have heard that Bwin and Bet365 will fock you up the ass if you win.

Why would you want to get involved with pussy ass books like that?

On first glance this sounds like they're trying to ass ream you. I don't trust either of these books. Might as well put your money in SPORTSBOOK.COM.... I mean, ARMEDROBBERYBOOK.COM

Bwin will. B365 are totally solid though, never heard of them failing to pay.

I have dealt with Bwin 100's of times, and have never had a dispute where we could not resolve the issues. Fill out a complaint form below, and I'll try to help you.

Dude, if a bookie will close one account they should probably inform you in any way for notification. I doubt that they close it with no further notice at all.. That's stupidity! Our bro here was right, contact them via phone service.. Don't worry SBR will help u 4 sure... keep us updated though..

                    Hello guys.
I have just been registered here basically due to a problem I'm facing with bwin. Is basically of same nature with the above mentioned.
Created an account there was losing some times and when finally got to win ang gave order for bank payment my account was closed. Those clowns send me an e-mail informing me that was done due to improper personal info entered, however just checked that there absolutely no mistake in my data in comparison to my id that also uploaded.
I'm very pissed with them since I didn't know all of these, thought they were pretty serious about their business.

It also strikes me wear that if someone wants to go legal with them has to go to Gibraltar courts only! Pretty wear.. seems that international laws does not apply to them.
Do not intend to let this go that easy though..

Yeah, I agree on this. I have used Bwin many years ago and I knew they have some problem with customer service and stuff so I left and never look back. I have been betting actively with bet365 and they are really reliable.. well I have only play on sports but not poker tho.. I think its is TOO EASY for poker company to say hey you're suspicious and they just lock you out for good.. I call it legal theft. Well, I say just play sports online and you will be fine.
