So how many Fantasy owners are scurrying for Julius Thomas?
The greatest tight end in NFL history.

Remember Kevin Ogletree for Dallas last year. He had a huge Week 1 and was then never heard from again.

Huh?
I guess you think a 50 year old shouldn't be gambling either then?
It's basically just a more involved form of gambling but it also involves more skill than simply picking a team and praying it wins.

I'm so pissed -- Had him in mind at my draft and it comes to me late to take my TE2 and I take Coby Fleener. Then I decide I'll dump one of my extra WRs to pick him up in the preseason waiver move, but by then the word on him winning the job is out and he goes one spot before me!!! FUUUUKKKK!!!

Could become Antonio Gates 2.0 until Peyton retires.. then we'll see what he really is.
As far as fantasy goes, everyone who has no TE backup.

I'm thinking this scenario here. This is his best game of the year.

To escape for three hours from their fantasy wives.
On a serious note, because it's a fun way for the sports fan to enjoy his Sunday afternoon off from their Mon-Fri 9 to 5 grind.
I do it, and so does my wife, what exactly is your problem with a sports fan enjoying football with a fantasy team, anyway?
this is once in a life time game for peyton people.
No shit, but there are only, maybe four players alive today capable of having this once in a lifetime game.

Picked up in all of my leagues. One guy dropped Bilal Powell for him.
I am attempting to get Powell off waivers. Always need running backs. Random TE's that have 1 explosive game are a dime a dozen.

Bronco homer in my 17 team league did not keep Antonio Gates,
drafted and started Thomas this week.
Basically, a steal as the 246th overall drafted player in our draft, last Sunday afternoon

I have him in 3 out of my 7 leagues... all on the bench. Oops.
I think he will have a good year, but won't duplicate those numbers.

Orange Julius is on my bench. He'll prob be hit-n-miss but I'm running with Finley GB as my starter and he's mostly miss. Just had to see how PM would use all those weapons first.

I would of picked him up when he was announced the starter last week, but he has the same BYE week as my other TE.
If I did have him, definitely wouldn't of started him. He was untested in game play, I think one catch going into last night, so it would of been a stash as wait approach.
I agree with some above, that this will probably be his best game of the year. Peyton won't have a 7 TD game again in his career. So many options for him to throw too. Decker was the odd man out last night, and who knows who will get the short end of the stick next week.
They are looking like the Packers now. So many passing options and no running game.

Decker wasn't even an odd man out, he had 7 targets and caught only 2. Everyone had their chance.
