So what's the real definition of a "Hamburger" here?

I know I'm gonna get buried by being clueless about it cuz JJ says it all the time.
I started calling my friends "Hamburgers" and they laugh and ask what it means. I really don't know what it means in the SBR lingo.
Someone wanna just say it with out spraying it?
