When I was 'capping tennis in the later half of last year, I saw very little of Lou's posts in the Tennis forum. I mostly read what EaglesPhan and Meganie had to say. I'll reserve judgement until he starts posting his tennis plays this season, and rate him a provisional 5 on Dan's scale.

I stopped following tennis daily as I made the move from New York to Texas, I had other things to focus on and didn't have the time to give tennis as much attention as needed.
I'm ready to dive back in and cap some tennis with you all though, should be a fun season in our Tennis Subforum. We'll even get some streaming videos down there soon.Comment -
He will be judge for taking Federer on a BIG MONEYLINE and losing such bet (thats what created his -20 units).
He has great input, however, its very difficult to say he is a tennis capper, with just a year in debating who has the best "angle".

I had a long offseason to decompress, think about things, I feel that right now I'm picking at an extremely high level. My thoughts are in rhythm, I'm feeling that I am weighting things optimally, and just generally feel great to be picking back on the court.
Andy Murray played great, he deserves all the credit in the world, I just put my head down and came up with the better man today, and I hope to do the same enough to give bookies some hell over this year. And obviously, it means the world to me that people are making money and continuing to respect my tennis picks once again.Comment -
Yeah, I have to admit, after seeing Lou get off to an auspicious start and doing a little "Tacomax-ing" in the SBR archives, this guy actually does know what he's doing. Best of all, he's succinct with his reasoning, doesn't overplay the board, and backs it up when he boasts. I don't know if he's the "best" at tennis in this community, but after a little due diligence, there's no doubt I'll be giving significant weight to anything he feels strongly enough to put his own money on.
