Tough game here. I think they are very even but I would not bet game.

Penn St coaching is very weak

Take a small bet on PSU + points. Then you can still cheer for Minnesota, and win either way, and maybe Minnesota wins by 1 or 2.

I like PSU also, but am unwilling to make a big play on a team with a quarterback as erratic as Robinson.
