    Lost/Stolen iPhone 3G - Help!
    My iPhone 3G was either lost or stolen from my car on Thursday night and I don't know what else to do to try and find it. I called it, but the phone is dead. I know the iPhone 4 has free "Lost My iPhone" app, but the older versions and I don't have a MobileMe account.

    Internet search and ATT website proved very unhelpful.

    Has anyone had luck finding one? Thanks in advance for the help!

      I would send a text and offer a reward for starters. Just in case someone finds or has and charges. Not sure about the other.

                          WHoever stole it was doing you a favor..iphone 3g is way slow and out of date...get the 3gs or 4 and call it a day.

                              I don't need the 3GS or 4 for anything, the 3G works perfectly fine for what I need it for. I'm about 99% percent it's either stolen and gone or just lost forever. Looks like I'll be getting the iPhone 4 now, my upgrade just kicked in about 6 weeks.

                                  Call Att and cancel that sim card. They won't be able to use the phone except wifi internet. But they will have all ur pics, contacts, ect.

                                  Change your apple id password as well as email address passwords.

                                  You could *try* calling apple Monday, worst they could say is "nothing we can do"

                                  Also change any passwords linked to phone, like Facebook

                                                          3G is way too fkin slow for me . Got the Iphone 4 now and its pretty amazing.

                                                              Did you have a passcode lock on it? You could have had it set to wipe the phone's data after X many unsuccessful passcode entries.
