Natrass I make the calls here so I want them removed and plus slowing down the site

The forum is big now and all you boys are contributing so lets get rid of it and have little 150 x 18 pixels banners on top. The SBR live lines is working now so we do not need them on the forum.

I want them removed

I have nothing against JJ and I rarely agree with him, but I have to agree with him here. I think with the live lines working now, the forum page would probably be better off without the lines at the top. Just a suggestion though, not a command!

If you're looking to save space why not reduce the size of the posting windows. Seems to be awful amount of blank space left over.

Good call, Sean. Although with the might of jjgold, I think that we're going to see some changes.

One gripe, though.

I come to the forum and then the lines fire up at the top of the screen, taking about 10 seconds. I then change the screen to show the baseball prices. But when I flick between forum screens, it reloads the lines taking another 10 seconds and reverts back to NFL.

Is there a way to seperate the forums from the lines in a way that the lines stay as a constant entity when you're flicking between threads?

What it does is slow down the forum and to scroll to find a line is tedious and slow. It does not belong here anymore. You have the top real time line service in the world now so there is no need for it.

Now since I am a nice guy you can take a little room up on top and make your advertisers more visible by making banners horizontal.

we got to give them visibility too and would be easier for a poster to view them.

I do not know about EOG but yes Smitty the books Horizontal would be better for them and look sharp.
