[ONTBETTER]

Hi,
I have been trying for over 2 weeks now to create a betway.ca account from Ontario.

I keep getting the Form error ( see picture in IMGUR link)

Before anyone asks:
-I have checked the form like 20X times, everything is correct nothing is missing everything has a green checkmark
-I have cleared cache and cookies
-I have tried incognito mode
-I even downloaded a new browser (Firefox)
-I tried on a iPhone , downloaded app and i just got the exact same thing
-I talked to their live chat they said they would look into it nothing has changed (5 days ago)
-I had a friend try to make one from their house and they said they god exact same error
Is anyone else running into this problem ? I see their ads plastered everywhere on hockey games and you just aren't able to sign up it seems

Thanks in advance for you help, If anyone could try making a betway.ca account from Ontario and report back if they get same error would be appreciated.
