They should have to pay it. Human/tech errors that are costly happen all the time in business. Maybe he was taking advantage and knowingly betting into a bad book line/great bettor line. I still blame the book. They are not only in the gambling business but also the app/tech/customer service business and I’m surprised someone wasn’t on the back end approving these wagers or at least reviewing them prior to post. Well maybe I’m not shocked, casinos and books are naturally do minimal takers. In Vegas when I make a larger play in a Las Vegas betting app it goes through a process of authorization and many times the bet is reviewed/rejected unless it’s under a certain amount.
