Play where you like, but given that I planned to leave my balance in there till after the Super Bowl and then you come with this, I went ahead and called over there. Charles told me he was familiar with your issue. Then I read your post again ( I've used Paypal, I'd guess 20 years and had never had to do anything other than send money, so the release part was new) and see that it confirms what he said about you having "not even released" the funds from your deposit. So yeah, if I sent and put a paypal block on releasing the funds, then call in for a payout... I'd expect the book to tell me to go kick rocks too.

Then you even tell us that "So I contacted Paypal to inquire if the money had been received, and then this." But you direct us (the readers of your post) to a rebuttal e-mail from the sportsbook, (who was obviously already pissed that you had been playing and requesting a payout without having even released them their funds), rather than tell us whether or not the "sportsbook" got the money from Paypal or not!

So based on your post which confirms that you had a hold/block on the funds being released, and the fact that you admit to contacting Paypal to see if the book ever got the funds, but then don't tell us whether they did or didn't. And based on the fact that dude over there told me the exact same thing, along with the fact that they cashed me out 2k bit in less than 5 hours 2 weeks ago... I gotta call BS on this. I'll let my balance ride till next Monday.

Calling them scammers that don't pay out, but failing to admit that you never released the funds before requesting a payout, I'd say you look like the bigger scammer.

Of course, given that you've used Paypal for over 20 years and had never noticed a hold policy or option, then it could also be a case of misunderstanding on both of your parts. You hadn't released the funds to them, confirmed by you. You requested a payout before having ever released the funds/officially depositing, also confirmed by you. But if this was just a misunderstanding on your part, which I believe it was or else you wouldn't waste your time posting about being victimized, you should probably have explained it to them rather than press for a payout. Dudes are so lax over there that chain was backed up on a nickle I deposited, game was going off the board and still not a single confrim. I called them, they told me to screenshot the transaction and they'd fund 50% of it (with zero confirms) so I could get off on the game. I love betonline.ag, but 3 years ago there was a bottleneck in the chain that lasted like 16 hours and they wouldn't do a thing for me, which given the amount of charge back addicts in the game, I didn't blame them.

BigBet been solid AF with me and 2 of my boys so far. But then again, I've dealt with many books over the years that were solid there first year or 2 only to get stung, so that said, I'm not going to co-sign for any of them.
But when someone comes with victim mentality not even realizing that on paper they appear as the victimizer, I've gotta chime in.

In conclusion: You never deposited, but feel your bonus, winnings, and the initial deposit you never released, where all owed to you. #millennials
