Why do you need to quit forever? Are you able to pick and choose times of the year or sports that you can bet on and ignore the others?
Anyone can mentally do most anything they want to. It’s whether or not you want to and go through a bit of discomfort to get there. Bet with points until you’re settled. Best advice I have
