Sad story and sad situation, yes. I don't care who you are, but going from a potential Max contract guy to not even being able to get in a rotation will take their toll on anyone.
With that said, the guy is a liability on both ends of the court now. His defense has regressed to a point where you can't give him more than 10 minutes a game. His speed isn't there anymore and he hasn't done anything to differentiate or reinvent himself as a player. He still thinks he's a Max player who can drive into the paint at will.
