Just got back from Reno and Atlantis is the best. It's non-WH and has cool area to watch. (It has soccer bets but less than WH.) They have an app but haven't used it yet so might have more options. You also get free drinks coupon and points count on your card.
Plus, if you play at tables they have enough TVs to watch your game while gambling. I got t-shirt for "the long rolls" at craps and was entered into the craps tournament so heading back there again. Hopefully, to collect on Raiders win for TNF, too.
