Trump inherited the United States of America.
And instead of $9T of stimulus and trying to socialize another 15% of the economy and incurring the economic drag that comes along with it, Trump chose to decapitate overregulation, rework disadvantageous trade deals, and cut personal/corporate tax rates.
And just like that the economy BOOMS. Simple stuff. These moves benefit tens upon tens of millions instead of a political class. Amazing how people put Obama on a pedestal like that.
