Some did, some went out before W. They would come back if we lowered costs of business here. Teaching stuff like HVACR repair, welding, plumbing, boilermaking, etc in schools instead of PE and Shakespeare will get people better paying jobs thank McDonald's or Walmart.

The mindless factory jobs where the middle class could live on handsome wages for doing something a robot or third-world immigrant can do now are never coming back. They're gone. Trump tricked a bunch of simpletons into believing otherwise.
