Trump talking about having "election observers" in minority areas. Voter intimidation is a crime. I can see Trump sending in his goons all over trying to get them to intimidate to suppress the vote in "certain areas." Forcing them to get arrested and then crying that Obama is arresting people trying to monitor the polls.
This all could get very violent and ugly.
Nobody really knows what Trump is "capable" of.
