The bet was that tat would not make it to 100k points before boobywaves. The stipulation was that no loans were allowed.

No where does it state tat, or booby, couldn't receive a gift. tat received a gift to reach 100k points, thus tat made it to 100k points first. Thus DS won.

Booby owes DS 72k in points, it's very simple.

The only thing I don't understand is why it was even money when booby started out with a ~90k advantage. Nonetheless, booby lost and owes 72k in points. Any bets that booby wins from now, until paid up, should be paid to DS to recoup the amount that booby is refusing to send. Booby should also be labeled a stiff so anyone who makes a bet with him in the future knows that there is a very real possibility that booby will not pay up.

Booby also owes Chronic around 90k in points as he bet Chronic all his points that he could not find an instance of where he stiffed anyone. Since booby is refusing to pay and Chronic has pointed this out, booby also lost that bet and is in the hole for right around 160k points.

This is completely ignoring the 45k booby owes me, and an additional 45k to DS, for a bet that he lost to me regarding him receiving unemployment.

All in all, bobby owes right around a quarter of a million points. Until those are all paid up, any bets that booby wins should be paid to the debt holders, as is standard practice when dealing with a stiff (ask Carseller)
