"Jordan Mathewson, known in the online commuinity as Kootra, was live-streaming a game of Counter-Strike when a police SWAT team swept in and arrested him, but the frightening experience was all captured on his webcam.
The police were responding to a hoax caller in Littleton, Colorado who had claimed that Mr Mathewson was armed and dangerous, the caller also said that the gamer had shot two people and taken hostages.
Two nearby schools were closed as a result of the call which is thought to be part of a worrying new trend in the US called 'swatting'. Mr Mathewson was later released without charge."
