As usual spider bringing up important issues and receiving unclear answers.
Come'on SBR, there has to be some form of tiebreaker. What's wrong with number of cashes? Or if still tied events played?
Or say right now anyone tied for 50th gets in or is stuck out. Really sucks for players not to know until you decide last minute.
