The police need to learn--When one officer abuses his power-it COULD effect another officer at another time in a different situation......just like when the cops say--Hey i dont know you-just doing it for safety---the actions of other citizens have effected their reaction-so I act accordingly and put my hands up/comply...even IF I am doing nothing wrong...there is no small fix here....that is all
