Second place finalist "El Nino" will be officially recognized as the February 2013 POM.
This isn't a decision made hastily. El Nino has a hockey thread with nearly 20,000 views, he bring his A-game every day at SBR Forum and most of all doesn't conduct himself like a child. Let's all take a moment to congratulate El Nino.
