Interesting read, i disagree with lkid and el nino about making huge wagers. Over a million bets, almost everyone is going to hit very close to 50%, so unless you're on the right side of the juice with bonuses/contests/etc, the only way to be ahead over a lifetime is going huge on the games you're most confident in (and winning a decent % of those).
If you make 1000 $10 bets at -110, the chances of winning 525 of those bets in order to be ahead are 6%.
If you make 1 $10,000 bet, the chances of being ahead are 50%, hopefully much more if you have good info.
