give someone else cash offline so they can purchase points for them
Again, legalities may apply here. I am not completely versed in US laws though, but just a semi-educated guess...
20. If someone owes someone points, then they only receive half a days worth of log in
points. The rest goes into a special account that holds the points and goes to the person
they owe.
That would be a heck of a mess trying to keep straight...
21. You can't call anyone a tranny unless that person admits to it or you have proof.

Does this include threatening to post their information on twitter accounts etc, gotta make sure you don't get in trouble with your own suggestions.
