its because soccer is fake, results for most games in big leagues and big tournaments are decided before the match so if its 0-0 or 1-0 minute 80 it means nothing if the script is written for a high scoring game... the goals will come, all they need is about 30 seconds to make a goal for either side, even if the worst team plays the best...
