I don't have an axe to grind in this matter, having said that ...

My grandfather taught me a very useful phrase in my younger days, much to the amusement of my father/chagrin of my mother - " Shit or get off the pot "

Either SBR does police p2p points activity, or they don't ... one cannot be a little bit pregnant or (appear to) make it up as you go. up until now, in its plain and simplest form, SBR has looked at it as "someone sent another member points at their own risk, tough shit" full stop, end of story, don't care who/how/why/when/how little or much.

now suddenly the amount of points or the 'noise level' associated to the issue seems to be some sort of trigger ...

if it had been 100 members who had all made up the 8k loan amt recently rather than just a couple of us, would the 100 people complaining and making a ruckus and PMing everyone under the sun over and over, would things be any different now?
