I rarely put my 2cents in on this stuff but I gotta say that it really seems unfair that SBR is in essense punishing some of the most stand up people in your forum. They very obviously lent the points in good faith and were not a part of the (now) known scam that the idiot behind the "BettingGeek" was doing (subsequently) to their loan.

It would seem to me that SBR management would look at this situation and would do whats right, as opposed to following the letter of the law. In all of the rules and governing statements of this forum, SBR essentially reserves the right to change the rules at their discretion.

I think that SBR should exercise their discretion in this matter and do what is right to just refund the appropriate amounts of points to the guys.

Just my independant and unsolicited opinion.
