Geeezzzussss didn't know we had so many international law scholars in here. Really people are commenting on the legality of this? Like you ppl have a fukkin clue. Read the affidavit it clearly states since gambling was taking place in MD and funds transferred to MD that they have the right to seize those accounts. It states due to probable cause (stating a previous case) they have come to the conclusion that the processors and sites were violating a law involving online gambling and money laundering. Bookmaker has the right to move it's server and domain name to something different but as long as they continue to fukk with US players the Govt basically said we know what your doing.

If BM/Cris wants to continue this lil game the Govt is going to win until Cris decides to shut down its US customer base. Consider this a slap on the head for BM why they can still process payouts and deposits they will slowly pull the plug on the US players stating that "there are no deposit/payout options". If they want to get around it your gonna have to jump through hoops to get $ in and out of the books.
