When points are granted after tournament 2nd place

Hi.
Searched for some answers upon this topic but couldn't find one easily. Instead I decided to simply ask.

I have finished on the second place of Poker Tournament and according to Info I am granted specific points. Does someone know when does are delivered to my account and if/or I have to do something more to receive them?
