advice on signing up for sportsbooks

I've seen the reviews.. what are some tips on starting an account, what books, and what are the best ways to make deposits and get payouts.. debit/creditt cards seem like a scam and the money e-wallet services seem sketchy too... what are some serious sports bettors doing out there that has been working for them... what is your experience with all this?

I am new to this site but I am thinking of going with 5dimes. I see decent stuff about it, a few people a little annoyed with a wait for some withdrawal types but seems to be being worked on and are keeping open communication about whats going on. I have also heard a lot of good things about Legends although there features seem to be on the simpler side
