Im getting ripped. I signed up thru SBR link for betjam account during last Saturdays poker tourney. I cashed in poker tourney last Saturday and received my free play cash. I then deposited additional $200 to become pro, sent in application.
Today I get a response denying my application saying that account was not set up thru SBR and no deposit was made.
The only reason I set up account was because I was deep in SBR saturday tourney. Deposit is still in my account as I have not used yet.
I actually set up account during SBR tourney after reading that I had to have one to get cash bonus. Why would I not use SBR link.
