When you go to ** you have to send money to the destination country in usd. For example if you are sending it to the philippines tell the clerk you need to send it to "philippines usd" it is the option right under the country name in their pull down menu. It will say philippines and then philippines usd. You have to send it to the usd option or the software will automatically convert the money to the local currency. i have never had a problem after learning to do it this way and I live in the us as well. Hope this helps.

best get by fedex checks, checks, wire transfer, instant deposit, or cash back to your CC. and the same way you deposit your funds from before.

I was in same boat for nearly nine months. Finally broke down and bought a money order and sent via fedex. They will not take cc’s and the like until you’re on board for a while.
