need help with pointspread please

On the sbr lines page, when I go to Point Spread, under info and beside statistics, what is the number a percentage of? for example:

30% UTAH +2
70% AIR FORCE -2

what do 30% and 70% represent? The probability of each team winning or loosing by the given spread? I thought spreads were supposed to be 50/50

percentage of bets on each side (source is, I believe, 5Dimes).

Percentage can mean what the public is on.
Like 70% of the public is on Air Force to win the spread of minus 2 points.

But be carefull because sometimes the public can be very wrong and the Underdog(Utah+2) can win the game straight up.
