Like chilidog says -- **. It has always worked for me (numerous sportsbooks). You have to call them to get the name and location of the person to send the money to. Send the money and then call them with the MTCN number. The sportsbook will also usually reimburse the ** fees if the deposit is at least $300. You should see the amount in your account 15 - 20 minutes later.

Note : I've always done this in person with cash at a ** location rather than over the internet or by phone. These ways may also be good, I just haven't tried them.

Made a deposit sunday with Money Gram - about 5-10 minutes to get the info from Livechat - about 5 minutes to fill out the ** site online - got a control number an approval email from ** in about 20 minutes - back to live chat and money in the account in about 5-10 minutes -

BetJamaica reimburses you the ** fee, and gives you a bonus on the re-up. Not really costly at all.

I use Prepaid Visas. Just make sure theyre good for international use. The ones from G2G.net work everytime for me on every sportsbook.

If you call the book there is often more options available. During football season it is much easier.

It is not costly. To send $200 will only cost you about $15 dollars if you do it in person (not over phone or online). Anything over $200-$250 generally the books will reimburse your costs anyway. If you're a US player **/** is your best and only option to get it done quick. No need to send a check and wait a week unless you plan on depositing 1000's in which case then go with either bank wire or cashier's check.
