My history with BetFair began more than a month ago. I made a deposit on my account by Webm0ney. Submitted documents for verification and began to play. Some win, some lose. Then at the one moment my account suspended under the pretext that I was not verified. For a long time they did`t want confirm my documents. I sent them many many times my documents within a month and they say that have`t received them from me . After I wrote that will turn to support the SBR and LGA, they are unsuspended my account and I even managed to withdraw 100 euros. I discovered that my account is about 600 euros. I played day, maximum of 2 days and my account was closed. Before it was closed as far as I remember it was over 700 euros. Please help me in this matter. Betfair does not respond to my letters by email, so do not know the reason why my account was closed after having been fully verified. Bring back my money please. Thanks</span>

OP, have you filled out the SBR complaint form (link in my signature)? If not, do so. Betfair are Uk-regulated, though.... so I'm not sure why you would be complaining to the Maltese LGA unless I missed something? Also, as they're UK-regulated, they may cite privacy reasons and not work with SBR. In that event, consider complaining to either IBAS or the Gambling Commission in the UK.

Also, in future, posts about problems with sportsbooks tend to get a lot more knowledgeable replies if you post in the "Sportsbooks & the Industry" forum.

betfair international is malta based, the uk and australia companies are different , although they from the same group, from canada we have to use betfair international, not sure about other places

When you say "verified" does this mean you have successfully gone through their KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process?
