Newb asking about Winning ratio

Is Winning ratio subject to change anytime book wants to change?

I have bet some money on Lakers against Celtics GM3 with winning ratio of 2.25

and today I checked the Bookmaker site, the winning ratio of Lakers went up by .10 which is now 2.35

So I was wondering if books could change the winning ratio anytime they want? or they change it once a day?

I assume by 'winning ratio' you are referring to what we normally call 'odds'. The sportsbook will change the odds based on action coming in on either side, and yes, they can change it whenever they want to.
