Cancelled my entry for 100 betpoints contest but didnt get refund
I entered NCAAF Featured Showdown: Ohio St vs Michigan contest which cost 100 betpoints. After submitting entry I wanted to change one of picks so I clicked "cancel & play again" but it didnt refund my 100 betpoints entry fee so I cant re-enter.
What do I need to do to get my betpoints back?

The system does not auto-refund betpoint entry fees upon cancelation so please avoid doing that. I have sent you 100 points.
