Obviously you are not going to win big money fast starting with $25 but no reason you can't test yourself with a bunch of $1 bets and see if it's worth risking more.

You could pick a bunch of games and parlay them into one bet that pays a high return too.

Enter some of the weekly contests. This will help you hone your skills without using your small bankroll. You can always try the moneyline bets to slowly build up your bankroll. They are less risk, but pay just a little a time. Hope this helps. Good luck to you.
