in the streets you can bet at Placard, they are present at every street corner café or cigarretes shop, as long as that shop as a Lotto terminal, also very recreational and you have to present your ID to play.

betting in Portugal sucks, you can not find any decent odds, 1,7/1,7 are the normal odds, normaly people bet on parlays to make a normal payout.
