#42Is there a way to expedite an application? I placed a donation and submitted my application Friday. I know it says 2-4 business days, but I'm nearing 3,000 points (2,300). I don't want to go over while waiting approval and end up losing those points. If not, thanks anyways.Comment -

#43Help guyz...
there's 1 week left in my "Rewewal Period"...
i've been writing you PM's/sending you emails from my SBR-registered e-addy (with screenshots to demonstrate the cyber-catch22-ness of things)...and asking you each time if you can do it "manually" for me, or otherwise set up an alternate route to renewal that might work for me...
the problem is that after each of the last few "reminders to renew", i've either directly replied to your "reminder" or sent an email to the e-address listed on it (GoPro@sbrforum.com if i'm not mistaken)...and in each case there's been no response...until the NEXT reminder...
now i'm down to the last 7 days...I've notified you guyz repeatedly, each time telling you that the automated process you've put in place will not work for me...and asked you to contact me in some way to arrange some sort of "workaround" (the easiest, from both our standpoints would be for you to just do it "manually"...checking with SportsInteraction that i do indeed meet the qualifications for renewal )
anyhow, I've just replied to the latest reminder i received today...AND used the "message me" box on the avatar...AND now, for good measure, i've decided to try to get your attention over here...
please check the number of posts i've had nominated here, and see i'm a solid "SBR citizen" and not a trouble-maker in any way...and cut me some slack here, ok (starting with some sort of an "extension" long enough to allow me to negotiate whatever alternate hoops you set up for me
thanks,
fitguy67

#47I have 3k betpoints stocked up in my non-pro account, been contemplating the move to PRO. Why should I become a pro though? The shop looks kind of weak, just a bunch of gift cards mixed in with a lot of old electronics to choose from.Comment -

#48Hi guys. I am becoming little bit impatient, so I decided to write here. The thing is, I submited my Pro application on tuesday, 10th of June. Which is exactly 2 weeks/14 days ago. That period defintely exceedy those 2-4 bussiness days, which are needed to check the eligibilty and give me (or inform me about ineligibility) that PRO status.
Ok, I can understand that some of the things can take time, but what I am more frustrated about, is lack of profesionalism from the people in charge. I wrote to one admin, with the enquiry, what is happening. No reply. I wrote an e-mail. No reply. Then I wrote to another admin, who was kind enough to reply, but unfortunately gave me very little information about the mather, saying that: "It is pending"
So, after couple of days, I again wrote to the admin, explaining him the situation. That I am in the world cup contest, where you have to submit you application by 27th of June, to be eligible for the prizes. So I wanted to know as soon as possible, if I did something wrong, so I can correct the mistakes and re-submit the application, before the 27th of June. No reply

#62I'm from Canada. I tried to get my pro status renewed by starting a new account at Bookmaker through the links from SBR, and I put money in the account. However, my application was denied because "the account was not opened from SBR". Now I have 20K points that I accumulated when I was a pro and I can't do anything with them because my pro status lapsed.Comment -

#68Well, I've used every Web Browser there is, turned off AdBlock, and I'm still only getting the Sportsbook option to renew gong Pro. I was hoping to use my 3000pts or do a charity donation since I'm in the US. Any other suggestions?Comment -
