NATIONWIDE WEEKEND SCHEDULE:

Practices are both on FRIDAY @ 1:30pm and 5pm on SPEED channel

Qualifying is @ 1:30pm SATURDAY on SPEED channel

NATIONWIDE RACE is @ 5pm SATURDAY on ESPN2

ill be headin out for both races and to play a little poker this week..flyin out there later today, but i will check in and still do my usual research as i started early yesterday morning...treatin myself to a little fun this week...then its hometown Bristol spring race coming up next weekend and that should be great weekend of racing too...

ill look at early odds again before my flight leaves in a few hours today, but i didnt see alot of early value...would be a select pick or 2 maybe, just based of my research but im not far enough through it yet to make a pick at those early odds

well boys it feels great to be in SIN CiTY!!!!

sportsbooks are LIVE...didnt even think march madness starting but this place is live

im gonna go troll around the books and play some poker, but when i take a break i brouht my stuff with me so ill probably bet 1-2 only early this week unless odds change....waiting on every1 til late last week +1000 and worse really paid off, but there is a few early wagers i like so ill post when i decide...

well....i got humbled at the poker room last night so hopefully tonight is bettr than last night was...LOL...the sportsbooks are LIVE becuase of march madness starting so its been exciting for sure so far...won afew hundred on BJ tables, but still down including poker so far anyways....but winning a little in the in the sportsbook overall

..i think i may g top the sessionso and check it out in person, but not sure yet....

we got garage and pit passes all weekend so im very excited to hang out down there

First time making a bet in NASCAR. Does 5dimes give good odds?
You come highly reputable mike so I will tail this week and see what happens. I don't et big so hopefully make a couple bucks and step up on the bet size if profiting well.

having an amazing time in Vegas so far and doing well on top of that in the book/poker rooms....

ill post my early grabs sometime b4 practice when i get a chance, only have a few drivers bet so far and probably wait til after sessions for majority again this week as odds arent real juice yet...that said, i think kennseth and edwards are probably at their best prices u will see them at unless something happens in practices/qualifying...also looking at smoke ealy too, as those 3 drivers are gems at this track....also think jimmy/kyle are WAY over-priced on the early odds...taking a chance maybe, but no way i bet either of those guys early at that price....better value outr there, and no matter what happens, they cant get much lower than they already are.

im more than likely going to the sessions today becuase we have **********, garage passes for nationwide and cup the whole weekend, so should be pretty damn fun....when they are over ill startdownloading all the info and merging it with my own stuff for sunday

sorry im not around much this week, but ill try and post picks/analysis when i make the wagers...not much free time when ur in sin city!!!

yes u cant get a better site than 5Dimes for nascar...especially for U.S. players

i havent back any1 but edwared +875 and kennseth +1300 and smoke just so ya know..and a few big underdogs...not even sure what will be prophit and covers yet...very early on in the process for me this week....tipped up meaning mentioning them maybe, but i havent made but 3 plays on any1 near the top of the odds...its all about the odds u get these drivers at, thats why i said above im NOT taking jimmy and kyle and those odds yet...i might in the end, just have to see

i also add money several different times if the odds change so may have $$ on certain drivers at different odds, it just all depends...kinda complicated syatyem i use, but hell it works...LOL

going to be hard for me to update everything i take and what odds i get at the momment i take it since im at the races and casino all the other time this week...but ill do my best....i never will take even odds on anybosy i back as a prophit winner, always way better even on my lowest winner.....but as a "cover" wager its always around even, becuase thats the point of those bets, i just wont know which is which until raceday and my calculations are done

Yes. They come down before Practice/Qualifying starts. Check back later tonight to see if they post them again, but there are more Practicing tomorrow.

going to hang out in the garage was pretty damn fun today...didnt learn much since practice in race-trim really is what tomorrow is all about, and qualifying isnt a top notch stat at las vegas imo...i mean its been won from starting dead last just 2 races ago so doesnt mean much to me in that sense...kyle won from dead last and 3 of last 5 been won from 20th or worse....(stats say kyle was on pole, but he had to start in 43rd becuase of engine change in 09 and won the race)

so that said today was fun, but as far as learning much, that will come tomorrow...but with every week u cant look at sessions and think that =winner of the race come sunday..just like last week hamlin wasnt near top 5 in practices or averages

probably add a few today b4 practices start up, already added majority of wager on edwards at +1000...going to head out for a full day at the track today...my buddy's dad RV is in the infield now so ill probably go hand out there during pratcices and nationwide qualifying..then up to the suite to watch the nationwide race this sfternoon

also probably take just 2 drivers in the nationwide race and 1 H2H parlay as usual...remember i dont take time researching and cappin nationwide races, i just take best guess at whatever is decent odds for the series...ill post up my picksfor the nationwide when i get a chance, after long night at the poker tables i need a nap...liking martin and stenhouse but not completely sure yet

Hey mike I do not understand when you say nationwide. What does this mean. Is there a nationwide race today at lv speedway as well as the big race tomorrow. And have you posted any picks for this weekend. I see you talking about different things but don't actually see a bet anywhere. Excuse me for my ignorance.

i dont post my plays til raceday usually...i change and add plays comstantly..i make a list...but im in las vegas this week for the races so i cant post bets/research like i usually do..i use my own system for Cup series only, not system on nationwide races...i spend 30+ hours a week on sprint cup so i dont waste my time on nationwide, as odds dont make it worth while imo...i constantly look and add plays, but i dont post everything and every move i make cause my system/calculations would take too much time and effort to post and explain every wager...and this thread really just for conversation/analysis, not to follow my picks, becuase i use my own system so be hard to explain everything im doing with every single bet i make....i try and post a final roster of my "prophit" drivers and "covering" wagers and 1 H2H parlay for fun on raceday, but thats it....odds are everything when u bet a roster like i do, so all depends when u bet and how much at what odds..

and yes, nationwide race is this evening and odds are posted on 5dimes for both races and have been for several hours now

nationwide is like the minor league of SPRINT cup, but some of the big names also drive in the nationwide races every week usually as well...

my advice would be start really pating attention to nascar if u want to start betting it and oputting in alot of time....only way to be successful at wagering on it imo

but i wouldnt ever bet "alot" on a nationwide race...odds usually just arent good enough unless u just bet 1-2 drivers max....thats all i usually bet and 1 H2H more for fun than anything else...just alot more money can be made on the CUP races....

its absolutley beautiful waether here today....

I am loving the stenhouse picks but from watching Nationwide Qauls, Keselowski's car really stuck too the bottom of the race track while alot of theother fav's were bouncing around. don't know if that makes a diff at this track but I am gonna go 20 on Kes and 15 on Sten or Bayne and take Kes H2H with what my book offers...there odds At betddd haven't come out yet.

odds finally came out. I like Algier too beat Gaugn who is just getting this one race this year he might get another but he is a hometown kid.and hoping It come Kes too win with stenhouse 2nd. only car that scares me is Kahne.
